Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Dialed and Driven Mentality collects, uses, and protects information when a Shopify merchant installs the app or an eligible athlete uses the athlete portal.

Age requirement

The athlete portal is for people age 13 and older. We ask athletes to confirm that they are at least 13, and we store the time of that confirmation instead of collecting a date of birth. A person under 13 must not create a profile or submit information through the app. If we learn that information from a child under 13 was submitted, we will delete it. Information we collect

• Shopify account identifiers used to connect an athlete to the correct store, plus name and email when available.
• Athlete Profile, Goal Ladder, weekly intentions, Daily Dial-Ins, Evening Proof, Belief Book entries, quiz answers, scores, and lesson progress.
• Merchant settings, subscription status, curriculum configuration, and operational records needed to run and secure the app.
• Limited webhook and request metadata used for reliable processing, fraud prevention, debugging, and privacy-request fulfillment.

How we use information

We use information to provide the athlete and coach experiences, calculate progress, release lessons, score quizzes, maintain account security, provide support, process billing status, comply with law, and improve service reliability. We do not sell athlete personal information or use athlete reflections for targeted advertising.

How information is shared

Information is available to the Shopify merchant that provides the athlete program and to service providers that help operate the app, such as Shopify and the production hosting provider. When a merchant configures GoHighLevel intake, eligible form submissions may be sent from GoHighLevel to the app. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others. Service providers may use information only to perform services for us or the merchant, subject to their agreements.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Verified Shopify customer-redaction requests delete the matching athlete record and related app data. Verified shop-redaction requests delete the shop record and related app data. Athletes may also ask the merchant or contact us for access or deletion support.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information in locations outside the athlete's state, province, or country, subject to applicable safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Depending on location, a person may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Requests may be submitted to the Shopify merchant that provides the program or to us. We may need to verify the requester and coordinate with the merchant before fulfilling a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the current version. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel.
